We accept returns, exchanges and unused products within 60 days upon receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund upon receipt of returned item(s). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returned products must have their original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Additionally please send back the products with a printed copy of your order receipt or packing slip. Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items”. Shipping Package Protection is non-refundable. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to submit a return and then place a new order online for the products that you would like instead. The exchange process usually takes around 1-2 weeks (depending on shipping times).
